In this seminar we will approach the media-present topic of NFTs from different perspectives. What are NFTs, how does the technology work and what can it be used for? The course gives an insight into the possibilities, promises and conflicts surrounding NFTs, looks at how platforms work, and how they are created and sold. The seminar addresses how this technological development around digital property is changing the art market and ultimately asks how one can creatively use this technology to create new value.
