Thursday, November 2, 2023 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

There are plenty of opportunities for students and young creatives to secure their studies or career start. A scholarship is an ideal way to do so. This course provides an overview of scholarships, awards, study abroad opportunities and an introduction to application procedures. The workshop provides key perspectives and tools for writing a competitive grant proposal, guides you through the narrative structure, and provides assistance with project description and your artist statement. The course also highlights the decision-making process in evaluating grant applications and ways to find appropriate local and international calls for proposals for your project/artwork.
